Mainland UK orders
We aim to pick and pack all orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and deliver to mainland UK before 6pm the Next Day using a courier whom will require a signature
Christmas Deliveries
- Orders placed after 23rd December will not be dispatched until 29th December 2009.
- You should allow up to three working days for delivery of your order during the Christmas period up to 4th January 2010.
Weekend & Bank Holiday orders
- Orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Out of stock items
- On occasions some items may be temporally out of stock or unavailable. We will inform you of any shortfall in your order or advise you of an expected delivery date as soon as possible
Delivery to Southern Ireland - Special price!
- We can deliver a parcel up to 20kg to Southern Ireland for a special fixed price of £20 (delivery from 3-5days) *

Urgent order?
- Our normal courier delivery will arrive Next Day before 6pm (if you order before 3pm the previous day). If your order is required more urgently, we will be happy to quote you for an express delivery but you will need to contact us before placing your order. Email
Overseas deliveries

- Orders which require delivery to countries outside of the mainland UK will require a prior payment for the appropriate shipping fee before the order is dispatched *
- We strongly recommend you send a request for a price for shipping before placing your order - send us an email including the items you wish to order and we will send you a competitive quote for shipping and a link to pay for it should you continue with your order *
- Allow one week to ten days for overseas deliveries
Scottish borders and highlands / Channel Islands / Northern Ireland

- We strongly recommend for you to enquire what the shipping costs will be - you should include details of your proposed order in your enquiry *
- We will, where possible on orders over £80, send with Royal Mail at no extra cost *
- Please allow three to five days for delivery
To avoid any delay in delivery please make sure that there will someone available to sign for your order when it is delivered. We will be more than happy to postpone dispatch for a day which will be more suitable, please let us know as soon as possible.
* Orders will be held until all shipping costs have been settled.
- Discrepancies with your order must be notified to us within 7days from date of order
- Every effort will be taken to pack and deliver your order in good condition however if you are unhappy with your delivery please notify us immediately.
- Goods incorrectly ordered may be subject to a handling fee.
